I am looking to hear from anyone who knew a man named Frederick Fairbanks also know by Jack Fairbanks and maybe Hamburger Jack. He was a fishing guide around the area north of Park Rapids, MN. He was also a great carpenter and built a wigwam store in the area. He was my father and I never knew him. Have only heard stories and want to know more or get validations of tales. Only know 1 person that could validate some of what has been told to me about my father. As far as I know my relatives of his age range are all gone now and my mother MaryJane Folstrom-Fairbanks died before he did. Father died in 1966 and mother died in 1962. If any know of my mother it would be interesting to know also. I was only two months old when she died. Thank you!
